This two-function mixing valve body is designed for KES shower systems XB6242 and XB6205. It includes a pressure-balancing valve to maintain consistent water temperature and a rotary diverter cartridge for switching between two outlets. The hot and cold water inlets are equipped with pre-installed check valves to prevent backflow.
The valve body is cUPC certified and features NPT 1/2-inch female threaded connections. It installs onto 2×4-inch wall studs using screws. For deep-wall installations, a 1-inch extension kit is available. The unit features a polished finish.
