SHOWER SLIDE BAR INSTALLATION GUIDE
The slider piece has a plastic fitting in the opening and the slide bar is too large in diameter to fit into it. Also, do you have a slider with a slightly larger opening for the shower head? Mine fits in but not all the way.

For the slide bar: please first loosen the holder and push the white inner ring (the white plastic part in the center) toward the edge, then slide the bar in. Tighten once positioned.
For the handheld shower: The holder has two openings (19mm & 22mm). Try rotating it to the other side.
