DIY Bathtub Faucet Install: 2 Leak-Proof Designs Stop Installation Drips

DIY Bathtub Faucet Install

2 Leak-Proof Designs Stop Installation Drips

Tired of leaks when installing your own bathtub faucet? Countless online complaints about "showerhead leaks" and "post-installation dripping" prove it’s a common struggle. We’ve engineered our faucets to eliminate installation-related leaks—making them DIY-friendly from day one!

Problem 1: The Valve Assembly Trap

Most faucets require field assembly of the cartridge into the housing. This seemingly simple step hides risks:

  • Overtightening?:Causes micro-fractures in housing/cartridge. May work initially but fails under pressure later.
  • Undertightening:Guarantees leaks and dripping headaches.

Our Solution: Factory-Sealed Core22222

Precision-Built & Pressure-Tested

Our precision-matched cartridge and housing are professionally assembled and pressure- tested at the factory. You get a single sealed unit-eliminating leaks from improper assembly.

Problem 2: Crooked Pipe Connections = Leak Risks

Connecting to wall pipes is critical. Uneven force (too tight/too loose) misaligns fittings, breaking the seal and causing leaks.

Our Solution:Dual O-Ring Seals

At the critical wall connection point, we use two high-elastticity O-rings:

1. Primary Seal:

Engineered to withstand 0.8 MPa (116 PSI)-far beyond daily use needs. Lab-tested: Zero leaks under extreme torque at this pressure(well above China's GB 18145 standard of 0.14-0.55 MPa).

2. Redundant Backup:

The secondary O-ring activates if theprimary fails (extremely rare), ensuring
continuous protection. Result: 1-year warranty. Leaks? We repplace it
